Jazz in the City 

Jazz in the City is a non-profit organization that aims to increase the number of live jazz concerts in Jacksonville, NC. Proceeds from events go to fund scholarships for aspiring musicians and to send kids to music camp.

Jacksonville, NC Winter Festival 

Richlands drivers looking for a little holiday fun will find plenty at the neighboring Winter Festival in Jacksonville, NC. From ice sculptures, children’s games, guest appearances by Santa Claus, hay rides, and more, there’s no end to the festivities.

Jacksonville, NC Crab and Seafood Festival 

Every summer, local restaurants and fishermen from the region get together and put on a crab and seafood festival to raise money for FTPAS (501c3) Children Hunger Relief. This fund helps to keep kids who rely on schools for their primary meal well nourished by providing them with additional sources of food. The event is free to the public, with a large portion of the proceeds from the sale of food going to the fund.

Jacksonville, NC Festival of Trees

Every November, the Onslaw County Hospice House puts on a silent auction of decorated Christmas trees to raise money for medical equipment to increase the quality of the care they provide. With live music, food, and other fun, the Festival of Trees is a great way to kick off the holiday seasons!
