⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went to Marine Chevrolet looking for a vehicle and somehow ended up doing business with **Jose Fournier**, a man who proves that God sometimes puts an unreasonable amount of charisma into a travel-sized container. First of all, Jose is short. Not “kinda short.” I’m talking about a **low center of gravity, aerodynamically efficient, probably doesn’t need help getting into a Corvette** kind of short. But DO NOT let the reduced altitude fool you. This man sells cars like the mortgage is due, the lights are flickering, and Chevrolet personally told him the fate of the company rests on his shoulders. Jose answered every question, made the entire process ridiculously easy, and never once pressured me. One minute I was looking at vehicles, the next minute I’m signing paperwork while this 5-foot-something automotive goblin is running around making miracles happen. I don’t even remember agreeing to buy the car. I think he distracted me by standing behind the desk where I couldn’t see him. At one point I lost track of Jose entirely. Turns out he was standing directly in front of me. Regardless, the man knows his stuff. Fantastic customer service, great personality, and genuinely one of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve had. Marine Chevrolet needs to protect this man at all costs. Give him a raise. Give him Salesman of the Month. Give him a booster seat at the sales desk. Put his picture on a billboard, **preferably slightly higher than actual size.** If you’re shopping at Marine Chevrolet, ask for Jose Fournier. I had a really great experience purchasing my 2027 Traverse from Marine Chevrolet. The whole process was quick, easy, and never felt pushy. Jose was my salesperson and he was great to work with. He was very informative about the vehicle, answered all my questions, and made everything feel comfortable from start to finish. If you get Jose as your salesperson, you’re in good hands. I shopped around at a few different Chevy dealerships, and Marine gave me the best overall deal. Their price was very competitive, they included some nice add-ons, and their financing was also very competitive compared to the other dealerships I spoke with. One of the best parts was that they were able to do the entire process online since I don’t live in Jacksonville, and they even delivered the car directly to my house. What a place!! Cannot say enough good! We're here for a Marine Corps group reunion. Found a screw in our tire this morning and we're from many miles & another state away so worried. Took a chance they could help with our Chev. They not only fit us in but they had to replace tire and had to get it from another dealer 1/2 hr+ away. Couldn't have been nicer. One salesperson there is a Marine Vet as well Chris and spent a lot of his time visiting with us and checked on progress from time to time. The service intake lady..Anita(?) Sorry..bad with names..was exceptional. After it took longer than expected to get tire they gave us a courtesy ride to a restaurant we requested so we could get late lunch/ early dinner. Called as soon as car was complete. If we lived in thst area we'd ALWAYS choose Marine Chev. Thank you! PS..they sent a video as they did our repair! Who does that?? Amazing and they filled our windshield wiper fluid as well!

UPDATE: A nice lady called me from the service department because the service advisor came to her about the frustration I had expressed. They wanted to make it right and told me to bring it back in as they'd take care of it for me. Unfortunately, I was already back home but I really appreciated the extra effort by both the service advisor and her lead that took the time to call me. I bought my 2025 Colorado from this dealership last year. I recently brought my truck in for an oil change. Before service began, I informed the service associate that I had my spare on the trick and had the tire I had to take off and plug in the bed of the truck. Asked if they could put it back on while performing the oil change. Service rep asked, I'm assuming service manager, and was told they'd have to charge for a half hour of labor, $55 to do it. As a courtesy, which I was initially unaware of, they rotated my tires, moving the spare from the front to the back. They wanted to charge $55 for what would have lterally added maybe an additional 30 seconds to a minute to swap the spare with the wheel in the bed of my truck. I live in New Bern and stopped taking my truck to Chevrolet of New Bern for service because they wouldn't mount a set of OEM tires I had bought for my truck because I DIDN'T BUY THEM FROM THEM. I would have happily bought the tires from them if they weren't trying to charge nearly double what I paid purchasing the tires thru TireRack.com Guess I won't be bringing my truck back here either.

I took my husband’s car in for service on Tuesday. I was waiting for a request for a review to come in, but nothing came - and I just couldn’t wait to write a review on the service I received. CAMDEN was amazing. She greeted me at the car was so polite and friendly. She let me know she’d look to see if we had any warranty and was upfront about the price of searching for a diagnosis, which I loved. She kept me informed on the progress of the car. I love that Marine Chev will drop you off at home while the car gets serviced (or wherever you want to go) and pick you back up. Brian, the drop off guy, was great! My 3 month old was screaming for milk and he let me know that there was no rush and literally said “take care of the baby”. I asked Camden if they could drop the vehicle off to me (since the baby was napping) and she said we had a call out today but I’ll see if I can get it there soon. I felt so taken care of by the entire team, which is why I don’t mind getting my service done at this dealership. Thank you all!

I had been dealing with a frustrating fuel system issue for a while, and their team went above and beyond to finally get everything figured out and fixed correctly. It is always a pleasure to bring my vehicle here for maintenance and repairs! Staff is consistently helpful and understands my concerns. I referred my friend here to have her car fixed as well. By far the best car buying experience while purchasing a car. Scott Bishop is the man you need to see. He listened to us and what we needed and brought us options that we loved. We drove from Wake Forest, NC to pick up a very clean 2024 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium, and traded a 2023. Brandon in Sales and everyone else were truly great to deal with. All paperwork seems to have been handled correctly as we received the registration transfer and title right when I expected them to arrive. As someone who has owned 40-something vehicles at this point, I can say it's been rare that I've been able to work with so many competent individuals at one place!

Michael helped us purchase our new vehicle and was very helpful and nice! This is our 4th vehicle we have purchased from here!
