I have been having an issue with my car, since I purchased it, brand new, almost 3 years ago. It's supposedly "railroad dust"-that is spreading and getting worse. Clean, and friendly, though I feel some miss communication is happening. My battery is new, the tech said it read as new however the report I was given said i needed a new one, I also have told the dealership I replaced the plugs and wires at 130k miles and they are still fine, and they are fine in the recording as well however the report said I need it as well. So I feel like things aren't being documented and communicated very well.
I appreciate the quality time spent on explaining the service of my truck. I also love the professionalism. I give two thumb up. Allison has been my service provider for years and I trust her recommendations on the service of my truck.
Regarding the Service Department...Drew and Tom were Awesome!!! They sent a Video to me.. that showed clear evidence of my older car being in great need of repair. And then I found a car on the lot that was newer and I was interested in from Ethan..And He is Awesome as well! No pressure.. Only trying to help me. I Appreciate that!

As far as buying a vehicle goes; Marine Chevy, and Michael were awesome. They not only met every one of my expectations; but exceeded all of them. Thank you Michael, and thank you Marine Chevy.
I got an oil change and tire rotation. When they did the rotation the front and rear tire pressure are off. The front tire pressure is the rear and the rear is the front. If they did a tire change then why wouldn't they make the tires reflect the accurate tire pressure. Disappointed that an actual Chevrolet dealer would not make sure that the tire pressure is correct on a vehicle that it does service on.
Just want to say thanks again for our 5th purchase from you guys! We continue to keep coming back because everytime we walkout with what we came in looking for at the price we are looking for the same day. Outstanding service from everyone, especially Kevin and the gentleman he was training, sorry I forgot the name but he was from New Bern, if that helps narrow it down. Great advice from finance, she really helped us understand the options and explained the additional coverages we could choose from, if we decided we wanted/needed them.

I’m out of town and my truck with less than 30k miles breaks down. Which is just unbelievable in and of itself. I called Marine since they were the closes dealership to me. The SM said they would take care of me and that they did. Casey was my SA and she was great. Great experience at this dealership and highly recommend. Environment is welcoming and everyone is friendly. I traded a vehicle and Kevin Boyer was knowledgeable, efficient, and made the process smooth. The sales manager was great (sorry, I forgot his name) and Hugo was efficient with the paperwork. Overall, this experience was the best I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle and it was my first visit to this dealership.
Price cheaper than deacon jones by considerable amount
I was a walk in customer and they were very nice and able to help me the same day. I loved the videos explaining everything they were doing. Very professional in every way. Always used outside shops for service but the care and quality is not the same anymore. Will definitely come back to Marine Chevrolet for service to my vehicle.

JR was amazing in every way from check in to check out. He was kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable about my vehicle. When he learned that I had recently had total knee replacement, he went and got my car and brought it to me after service had been completed. Excellent service.snd friendly service advisors. I'll most definitely be back for future service needs even though there is a Chevrolet dealer within five miles of my home. It was definitely worth the drive!!!

My wife and I had a great experience buying our car at Marine Chevrolet, but most of all was meeting our sales person Isabel. She was very knowledgeable about our vehicle and answered all of our questions. We love our new car and feel we made a new friend with Isabel.
Had vehicle at multiple service shops finally had it towed to Marine Chevrolet. Explained the problem to them of what the other garages and I have been experiencing with the vehicle. After weeks with no car they solved the problem in 3 days. Sent me an amazing video showing all the issues in detail and gave me options on how to get it back on the road.
Jr was professional, honest and very approachable. Will be back for additional service.

We went in for a routine oil change and the tech caught what could become a major issue and sent me a video of his findings. Allison explained it in such a way that even I could understand. Apologies, but I didn’t catch the tech’s name but he deserves a shoutout as well. Service and repairs were done in record time.
