Walking into a car dealership near a major military installation I expected prices to be hiked, and to be treated like nothing more than a commission for a salesman. I could not have been more wrong. Our experience at Marine Chevrolet was so good, I decided to write a second review. The ZR2 is more than we could have ever asked for. With Stephen's help, we were able to get approved and drive off the lot the same day in less than 6 hours! That was the best. We went in, wasted no time, and he was also very detailed and informative. Although it was only 6 hours, we never once felt rushed. There was no worrying over such a huge purchase. It was effortless. Stephen took away all the hassle and concern. The past week has been great. The truck was everything Stephen told us and more. I can't thank him enough for helping us with this purchase. To further add to our experience, we also have had a few follow up questions and Stephen Smith was the guy we knew to call and who would help us most. He answered all of them without hesitation. My car's headlights were out, so I just had to get them replaced with new ones, but everyone was very kind and got the job done smoothly.

Todays visit to Chevy Marine was fantastic! My husband and I went in looking in for a truck we had reviewed online and wanted to inquire on it to trade in our car. As soon as we arrived, the team members waiting readily available outside, greeted our arrival & our salesman Branden was super friendly and accommodating. We told him about the Silverado Truck we saw online and he brought it out to us in a timely manner to look into. The process of the trade in was very swift. Branden was super attentive in the things we were looking for in a truck. We got to check out the truck and when we asked for the car facts, Branden had them readily available to review and showed us proof the truck was in very good condition! Come the time for the paperwork to be submitted, we enjoyed how Branden was very personable & we’re delighted with his funny sense of humor! All in all, with the help of the management team to speedily things along Burke the store manager took over to finish off our process, & what do you know, we got approved for the vehicle & took the the truck within 48 hours! Although, we were not able to drive off the lot with our truck, Branden was competent enough to keep us very well informed on what the truck was in need of services for. It needed to have a detailed clean & tire fixed and that was serviced prior to the keys being handed to us. My husband & I were very content with Brandens amiable and mindful customer service! Great place to get your Cadillac serviced, plus the time frame was quick.

Considering our new 2500HD ZR2 is the fourth vehicle my husband and I have gotten over the years, (all others being from a different dealership and not made by Chevrolet), this is by far the best experience we've had! The first time I came to Marine Chevrolet, Stephen Smith greeted me before entering the building. He walked around the lot in 95 degree weather and answered all questions I had, even showed me all the vehicles I asked about and made recommendations based on our price range and preferences in a truck. We ended up putting a depost on the ZR2 a week later. Stephen updated me every time the vehicle status was updated and kept me informed. I even received photos of our truck the day it came in! To go a step further, on Saturday night, after everyone had left, we had just finished signing the paperwork, and he took the time to personally go over the features, tell us what each button did, and answer last questions we had before leaving. Stephen's professionalism, personality, adaptability, honesty, and helpfulness has made us want to choose Chevrolet for our future vehicle needs and wants. And not just any chevy dealership, Marine Chevrolet. Although I asked so many questions and my presence tested how well the technology worked everytime (inside joke), Stephen was patient, very informative, and very helpful on our purchase since the day I walked in.
